Chia seeds may be eaten raw as a dietary fibre and omega-3 supplement. When chia seeds are soaked they turn gelatinous in texture which can then be used in porridge's and puddings. Ground chia is also used in baked goods including breads, cakes and biscuits. These are such a healthy versatile product!
