Crushed for convenience and preserved in oil and vinegar without preservatives. This product is perfect for adding flavour to your sauces, stir-fries and gravies. One teaspoon for one clove is all you need. Spread between the cracks of a sliced loaf of crusty bread and wrap in aluminium foil, bake in the oven and presto fantastic garlic bread!
