Slendier Fettuccine

Using the Slendier version of this flat konjac noodle instead of regular pasta means flavoursome family favourites like sauces made from mushroom and spinach, prawn and chilli and even light alfredo are allowed. The fettuccine is hearty on the tooth and provides a solid base for a chunky sauce.
